I regularly come across articles, videos, quotes, and other things that seem like they would be helpful to my clients (and folks in general) in surviving these times and healing mental and emotional distress. I've been wondering for a while if it would be useful to share them here.
I offer this in the spirit of alternative and holistic mental health, expanding from the dominant paradigm of psychiatric medication as the first and only option to other ideas and stories, dialogue and hope, connection and things that nourish rather than crush the soul.
